What does a car maintenance tracker do?
It keeps a record of what you’ve done to a vehicle and what’s coming up: service history, reminders, receipts, and documents, all in one place.
Can I track maintenance by both date and mileage?
Yes. Set a reminder by date, by mileage, or both, and the app flags whichever falls due first.
Can I keep my car service history and receipts together?
Yes. A receipt photo or PDF attaches to the service record, so the cost, shop, date, and paperwork stay together.
What can I store in the digital Glovebox?
Insurance, registration, inspection, roadside membership, and warranties, plus photos and PDFs. Sensitive numbers stay masked until you reveal them.
Does the app connect to my car or read my odometer?
No. The app has no connection to your vehicle. It doesn’t read diagnostic codes, decode VINs, check recalls, or read your odometer. You enter mileage yourself.
Are my vehicle records uploaded to TaskDorm?
No. Records stay in the app’s private storage on your device. TaskDorm doesn’t receive them, there’s no account, and there’s no automatic sync. Data leaves only when you export, back up, or share it.

Does the app work on both iPhone and iPad?
Can I back up or export my records?
Yes. Export service history as CSV, create PDF reports and a resale packet, and save a manual backup file yourself. Restoring a backup replaces the current data after you confirm.
Is Accident Information an emergency service?
No. It only displays details you already saved so you can find them fast. It doesn’t contact anyone, notify your insurer, or file a claim, and isn’t an emergency service. In an emergency, call emergency services directly.
